CUPE Local 1267 will be at Canada Day at Heritage Park on July 1. Come down and visit us. We will be giving away great beach frisbees, you can take a great picture at our photo booth so bring your camera or cell phone or let the kids participate in our obstacle course. Happy Birthday Canada!

The 2014 Bursary Applications are now available and the requirements are set out on the Application Form. Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Jennifer Tass, Bursary Selection Committee Chairperson, at the Mission Leisure Centre, located at 7650 Grand Street, Mission, BC, prior to 5PM on Thursday, May 15, 2014. I would like to say thank you to all the members that volunteered to serve and set up for lunch, donate and give out toiletries at the Spring Mission Connect Event on April 12, 2014. The event was very successful and the participants of the event were thankful for the wonderful lunch that CUPE provided. Great job everyone.

CUPE Local 1267 is volunteering again this year at Mission Canada Day Celebration and CUPE BC has volunteEred to allow us to use the events trailer which is very exciting. I will keep you posted and send out a volunteer form closer to the event.
